What to write so the first reply is useful
To give you a price range in the first reply we need very little: the town and district, the type of property (apartment, house, plot), the floor area, the task (renovation, construction, furniture, outfitting, cleaning, management) and your timing. If you have a floor plan or photographs, send them straight away — it saves a round of messages.
If you are not in Georgia
More than half of our clients work this way. The contract is signed remotely, the estimate comes itemised, and photographs and video are sent once a week. Accepting the flat from the developer, collecting the keys and dealing with the management company are done by us under a power of attorney.
