Daily rental

Flats and studios by the night in Batumi, on the New Boulevard and in Gonio — for a holiday, a weekend or a couple of weeks of remote work by the sea. Check-in by code at any hour, with cleaning and fresh linen before every stay.

For owners: if your flat stands empty, we can take it into nightly letting management — listings, guests, cleaning and a monthly report with the income transferred.
