Batumi and Adjara

Custom furniture

We quote by phone: the price depends on the property, scope and timing

Leave a request

We make furniture to order in our own workshop in Batumi: kitchens, wardrobes and walk-in closets, cabinet and upholstered furniture, joinery and stone worktops. Measuring, production, delivery and assembly are done by one company, without intermediaries and without waiting for a container from abroad.

What we make

Built for this climate

Humidity here stays high all year and the coastal strip adds salt. So moisture-resistant boards, PUR edging with every cut sealed, and hardware with anti-corrosion coating are standard rather than an upgrade. One detail most people miss: a ventilation gap between the back panel and an external wall. Without it condensation builds up and the wardrobe smells by the first spring.

The second local factor is the geometry of new buildings. Deviations of two or three centimetres across a room are routine here, so we measure after plastering and screed and design with compensation strips. Measuring on a bare frame produces gaps that later have to be hidden with trim.

Timing

Measuring and design one week, production three to four weeks for a kitchen or a wardrobe, two to three for cabinet furniture, assembly one or two days. During a renovation we run production in parallel with the finishing so the kitchen arrives right after the tiling.

Price and warranty

The same kitchen in laminated board and in painted MDF with a quartz top differs several times over, so we quote a range by phone and give a line-by-line specification after measuring. Warranty: two years on carcass, fronts and fittings, with free adjustment during the first year.

For owners of several apartments

We price several units as a series: identical modules, one type of fittings, a shared stock of spare parts. That lowers the price against ordering piece by piece and makes maintenance trivial — a damaged front or hinge is replaced within a day, so the unit stays in bookings. This pairs naturally with outfitting and management.

Frequent questions

How much does a custom kitchen cost?

It depends on size, fronts, worktop and fittings. We quote a range by phone and give a full specification after measuring.

When should measuring happen?

After plastering and screed. Measuring on a bare frame leaves gaps that have to be hidden with trim.

How long is production?

Three to four weeks for a kitchen or wardrobe, two to three for cabinet furniture, one or two days for assembly.

Why leave a gap behind a wardrobe?

Because an external wall near the sea collects condensation. The gap costs nothing at assembly and prevents damp and smell.

Which worktop lasts here?

Quartz or stone. Laminated tops swell at the joints in this humidity, usually near the sink first.

Do you deliver outside Adjara?

Yes, including Tbilisi, Kutaisi and the mountain resorts. Large items are designed as modules so they pass narrow stairs and mountain roads.
