Why people move here
The main argument is a house with a yard ten minutes from work and school. Land is cheaper than in town, sloping plots give a view, and the boulevard is quicker to reach than from some districts of Batumi itself.
The flip side of the slope is water and access. Almost every project here includes site levelling, retaining structures and proper water management: without them the yard and the driveway get washed out in the very first rainy season.
What we do here
House construction, renovation, custom furniture and cleaning. We take the plot and the grounds around the house on for regular care: in the subtropics a garden gets overgrown within a month without attention.
Rentals
Tourist demand is weak; houses here are taken for living in. The exception is properties with a view, a terrace and a pool, which do well with long family bookings.
