Sale

This section lists properties we sell ourselves or together with vetted owners: new-build and resale apartments, houses, plots, commercial units and running businesses in Batumi and across Adjara. The documents of every property have been checked against the registry extract, and the descriptions state the drawbacks honestly.

We quote the price by phone: it depends on the floor, the view and the condition and changes faster than any listing. We can handle purchase support, including remotely by power of attorney, and cost the renovation before you buy.
