Rent

Flats and houses for long-term rent — from a year, with furniture and appliances. They suit people living in Batumi permanently, spending the winter by the sea or coming for a work project. The terms on the deposit, utilities and pets are given in every listing.

If you are an owner and want to let your flat without the hassle, look at long-term rental management: we find a tenant, draw up the contract and keep an eye on the flat.
