This policy describes what personal data the luxhome.ge website collects, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how to have it deleted. It covers the forms on the site, messenger correspondence and work carried out under contract.
Who processes the data

What we collect
- From the forms on the site: name, phone number, email address, messenger, the text of your enquiry.
- From correspondence and calls: whatever you tell us about the property, the task and the timing.
- Under a contract: details for documents and payment, the address of the property, how access is arranged, photographs of the work in progress.
- Technical: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened, cookies.
We do not collect special categories of data — health, religious or political views and the like — and ask you not to send them in the free-text fields.
Why we need it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and arrange a site visit.
- To perform the contract: carry out the work, buy materials, report with photographs, receive payment.
- To meet legal requirements: accounting, taxes, responses to requests from public authorities.
- To keep the site running and secure and to understand which pages are read.
On what legal basis
An enquiry and correspondence rest on your consent, given when you submit a form or write to us. Work and payment rest on performance of the contract. Accounting documents are a legal requirement. Technical statistics and spam protection are our legitimate interest.
Who the data is shared with
- Staff and contractors working on your property, to the extent the work requires.
- The website hosting and email provider, as technical platforms.
- Telegram: notifications of new enquiries reach us through Telegram, and the name, phone number and text of the enquiry go there with them.
- The bank and the accountants, for payments and documents.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for anyone else’s advertising.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies: the chosen language, the working of the forms, spam protection. Analytics cookies count visits anonymously. Cookies can be switched off in your browser, after which some functions of the site work less well.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence that did not lead to a contract: up to twelve months from the last contact. Data on completed contracts and accounting documents: for the period set by Georgian law for such documents. Technical logs: up to six months.
Your rights
- To find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate data corrected.
- To have data deleted or its processing restricted, where there is no lawful ground to keep it.
- To withdraw consent at any time: processing before the withdrawal remains lawful.
- To complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Write to admin@luxhome.ge describing your request. We reply within the period set by law and may ask you to confirm your identity so that data is not disclosed to someone else.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it for their work. Nobody can guarantee absolute security online, so please do not send scans of documents or bank card details through the forms: we use separate channels for documents.
