We furnish rental apartments, guest houses and small hotels as complete sets: beds with storage, wardrobes, kitchens, dining areas, desks, upholstered pieces and reception furniture.
Priced as a series, not per item
For several units we design identical modules with one type of hardware and a shared stock of spare parts. That lowers the price against ordering piece by piece, and more importantly it makes maintenance trivial: a damaged front, a broken hinge or a failed runner is replaced within a day from stock, so the unit stays in bookings instead of going dark in the middle of the season. For a property with ten rooms this is usually worth more over five years than the discount on the original order.
Built for guests, not for a photograph
Abrasion-resistant surfaces, rounded or protected edges in the paths people walk, simple shapes without fragile decoration, and removable covers on anything upholstered. Bed bases are built to take being sat on at the corner, which is how they actually fail. Nothing is glued where it can be screwed, because a screwed joint can be tightened by a maintenance person and a glued one cannot.
What is always forgotten on the plan
Storage for two suitcases in every unit, hooks in the bathroom, sockets by the bed on both sides, and somewhere to put a wet towel. These cost almost nothing at design stage and appear in guest reviews constantly. We put them on the drawing rather than leaving them to be discovered after the first season.
Logistics for a whole property
We stage delivery and assembly floor by floor so a partly finished property can still operate, and we plan the route into each room before production so nothing has to be cut down on site.
Timing, price and warranty
Production three to four weeks, installation one or two days per unit. Warranty: two years, with spare parts kept in stock for longer.
