We design and install heating and climate systems: underfloor heating, radiators, gas and electric boilers, split and multi-split systems, and ventilation with fresh air intake.
Planned during the renovation, not after
Pipework for air conditioners, condensate drainage and heating routes are laid before the walls are closed. Retrofitting them later means visible ducting along the wall or reopening the finishes, and it is the most common regret in a finished flat. Even if the units themselves are bought later, the routes and the power lines cost almost nothing now and a great deal afterwards.
Condensate is the detail people miss
Most complaints about water dripping under an indoor unit come from a condensate line with the wrong fall, no fall at all, or a discharge into a place that blocks. We run it into drainage properly, with a fall the whole way and access for cleaning, and film it before the wall closes.
Capacity calculated for the room, not for the label
Air conditioner capacity is chosen from the room volume, the glazing area, the orientation and the floor, not from the square metres printed on the box. A unit that is too small runs constantly and fails early; one that is too large cycles, dries the air and costs more than it should. Hot water and heating are sized the same way, for the actual simultaneous demand of the household rather than an average.
Humidity, not only heat
Here air conditioning works on cooling in summer and on heating and dehumidifying in winter, which means it runs most of the year. So we size it for that duty and add extraction with a humidity sensor, otherwise damp shows in corners regardless of the heating. On the first line we also plan the position of the outdoor unit for airflow and protection from salt spray, which determines how many seasons it survives.
Timing, price and warranty
Routes during the renovation, installation of units one or two days, commissioning the same day. Quoted by phone, specified after a site visit. Warranty: three years on concealed engineering, two on installation.
