Plumber and electrician on call

We quote by phone: the price depends on the property, scope and timing

Leave a request

We send a plumber or an electrician for the jobs that cannot wait for a scheduled visit: a leak under the sink, no hot water, a breaker that keeps tripping, a socket or light that stopped working, a blocked drain, a door lock that has failed.

How it works

You call or write, we agree a time, and the technician arrives with tools and the common spare parts rather than making a second trip for a five-lari part. The price is agreed before the work starts. If something has to be ordered, that is quoted separately and you decide — we do not start a job and present a different figure at the end.

Diagnosis before replacement

A breaker that trips is a symptom, not a fault in the breaker. Replacing it without finding what overloads it means it trips again next week. We find the cause first and say plainly when the honest answer is that the circuit needs work rather than a part.

For owners who are away

If you are not in Georgia, we enter by key or lock code, photograph what was found and what was done, and send the report with the receipt. Tenants and guests contact us directly rather than waking you at two in the morning about someone else’s boiler, and you see the result in the monthly summary.

What we can do in one visit

Most of it: replacing taps, hoses and seals, clearing a drain, changing a socket or switch, fixing a light circuit, replacing a water heater element, refitting a lock. Anything structural or requiring approval becomes a separate quoted job.

Price

By the job, quoted by phone from your description. For properties under upkeep or management call-outs are part of the service.

Frequent questions

How quickly do you come?

Usually the same day. For a leak it becomes an emergency call-out and we come as fast as we can get there.

Do you tell me the price first?

Yes, before the work. If a part has to be ordered, that is quoted separately.

Can you go in without me?

Yes, by key or lock code, with photos of what was found and what was done.

The breaker keeps tripping. Can you just replace it?

We can, but it will trip again. The breaker is the symptom; we find what overloads the circuit.

Do tenants contact you directly?

Yes, for properties under management. You see the result in the monthly report rather than at two in the morning.
