The cause first, then the treatment
Mould is a symptom. If there is no fresh air intake and no working extraction, or if a wall is wet from outside, it comes back by the following winter and the money is spent twice. On the visit we measure moisture in the structure and check the draught in the ventilation duct, then say plainly whether treatment will hold or whether the source has to be fixed first. Sometimes the honest answer is that the job is a repair, not a cleaning.
Where it actually grows
Corners on external walls, behind wardrobes standing flush against them, the silicone in showers, behind and under washing machines, inside sealed cavities above bathrooms, and in wardrobes where air does not move. We treat all of them rather than the visible patch, because spores spread from the place nobody looks.
Odours
Ozone treatment handles smells after a long vacancy, a previous tenant, tobacco or a flood — but only once the source is gone. Treating the air while damp carpet or a wet screed is still in the room postpones the smell by a few weeks and nothing more. We check for the source before quoting.
Insects
Treatment is done with certified products, with the safe re-entry period explained clearly — how long to stay out, what to cover, what to wash afterwards. For a property with children or pets we plan the timing around that rather than leaving you to work it out.
