Regular housekeeping on a schedule: weekly, fortnightly or by agreement, with the same person assigned to your home.
Why the same person matters
After a few visits they know the home: what goes where, which surfaces need which product, what must not be moved, where the cat hides. That is the difference between someone cleaning and someone maintaining order, and it is why people stay with a regular service rather than booking one-offs. If the assigned person is ill or on holiday, a replacement is briefed from the property checklist rather than starting blind.
The task list is yours, not ours
We agree it on the first visit: what is done every time, what is done monthly, what we do not touch at all. Houses usually add the yard, the entrance area and pet hair; flats add balconies, windows and the inside of the fridge. Anything you would rather do yourself stays off the list, and the price reflects it.
What we bring
Our own products and equipment, including a vacuum with a HEPA filter, so nothing depends on what is in your cupboard. If you prefer specific products — for allergies, for a stone worktop, for a pet — we use yours and note it in the checklist.
Keys and trust
We clean with you there or without you: keys are held under the company’s responsibility or entry is by lock code. The same person comes each time, which is what most owners actually care about when they are not at home.
Price
A fixed price per visit based on area, task list and frequency. Scheduled cleaning costs less than one-off visits, and the first visit usually takes longer because it starts from a deeper baseline.
