How it works in summer

For the past two seasons the house was let by the night as a whole. Occupancy in July and August was close to full, and around half in May and September. The documents for the house and the plot are in order, with a single owner.

The drawbacks, honestly

It is fifteen minutes to the sea on foot rather than five: the house stands on the second line of development. The pool needs servicing every week in season, which is a cost line of its own.
