The drawbacks, honestly

The plot is on a slope, so a retaining wall with drainage will almost certainly be needed — a budget line of its own, and better allowed for from the start. The plot above is undeveloped: when it is built on, part of the panorama will close.

Before the deal we will visit the plot with you and cost the build together with the retaining wall, so the budget is honest.
