What is included
Servicing of the engineering: water, electrics, water heater, pump; pool servicing and winterisation of the basin; care of the yard, garden and paths; air conditioner servicing; an emergency call-out.
What we take into account in Gonio
These are mostly private houses, and there are more points of failure than in a flat: the water heater, the pump station, air conditioners in every room, the yard, often a pool and a barbecue area. So the upkeep schedule for a house is denser and the property record more detailed: where the lines run, what equipment is installed, what is serviced and when.
The second theme is seasonal load. A house that worked at full capacity with guests over the summer needs a check in autumn: the water heater, the plumbing, the air conditioners, the state of the outdoor furniture. We do it straight after the season, while the service companies are free and everything can be replaced without rushing.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit, a photo report after every visit. By the time you arrive the house is switched on, aired and cleaned.

A retainer based on the property: floor area, pool, garden, frequency of visits. We give a range by phone.
