How it runs

The season runs from May to October and the property is usually closed in winter. The main flow is families staying a week or longer, so there are fewer check-ins than in nightly apartments and half as much cleaning and correspondence.

The drawbacks, honestly

The building dates from 2015, and the roof and facade are worth refreshing within the next two or three seasons. There is no lift, and the third-floor rooms let slightly less well.
