Houses here back onto the hillside, and the walls on that side hold moisture. In rooms that are closed or rarely used, that becomes mould behind furniture and in corners. Each visit includes airing and a check of the extraction; where mould has taken hold, treatment is combined with telling you honestly whether the cause is a wall or drainage problem that no cleaning visit will solve.
The view needs clean glass
Terraces and big windows facing the city and the sea are why people live or book here. Salt and rain marks build up on the glass and the railings, and a dull view is noticed at once.
