What matters in Kutaisi
There is no beach season here, but there is an airport and a year-round flow. Many guests arrive on night flights and stay one or two nights, so the set needs things that are not needed on the coast: keyless entry, clear instructions, a night light, blackout curtains so they can sleep during the day after a flight, and a place for suitcases right by the door.
Second, short stays mean frequent cleaning and constant wear with no off-season pause. We choose hard-wearing fabrics with removable covers and one type of hardware, so servicing stays simple and cheap.

Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock. The price depends on the area, bedrooms and set level: a range by phone, an estimate after the inspection.
What a one-night stay needs
On a one- or two-night stay a guest does not unpack, so what matters is not storage but quick comfort: an obvious kitchen with a kettle and coffee, towels within reach, a light by the bed, sockets for charging, stable internet. Anything that has to be figured out works against the rating.
