We outfit apartments for rent in Batumi on a turnkey basis: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, decor, consumables and photography for the listing. What is included

What matters in Batumi
Competition is fierce: one building can hold dozens of similar flats, and guests choose on photographs and small details. So the budget is not spread evenly but put where it works — mattresses, bedding, lighting, textiles and photography. Expensive decor rarely pays for itself in the mid-market, and we say so plainly.
The second local factor is humidity. Quick-drying textiles, moisture-resistant furniture, a proper extractor and spare linen are not luxuries here: at peak turnover linen does not have time to dry, and a flat can stop earning because of the laundry.
Timing
Usually two to three weeks from the inspection to the first guest if the furniture comes from stock. A custom kitchen or wardrobes add three to four weeks.
Price
It depends on the area, the number of bedrooms, the level of the set and what is already in the flat. We give a range by phone and an itemised estimate with photos and product codes after the inspection; the receipts are attached to the report.
