What matters in Sarpi
The first line and the cleanest water in Adjara: guests come for the sea and the view. So the set is built around the terrace and the windows, and the key photographs are the water and the sunset. Outdoor furniture is aluminium or thermowood with stainless fixings, because an ordinary set rusts and fades here within a season.
Second, there is almost no infrastructure — the shops are in neighbouring villages. The kitchen and the dishes have to be complete, and it makes sense to add a supply of basic consumables so a guest is not searching at night for salt and toilet paper.
Timing and price
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock. The price depends on the area, bedrooms and set level: a range by phone, an estimate after the inspection.
Photography and the listing
We shoot after the cleaning, in daylight and with the rooms styled: the view, the terrace, the living room, the bedrooms, the bathroom. The first three shots decide more than half of the outcome, so the angles and the time of day are chosen for them. The listing text is honest, including the fact that the shops are far: accurate expectations earn higher ratings.
