We furnish houses and flats in Khelvachauri for rent and for living in: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, lighting, the outdoor area and photography. Fifteen to twenty minutes from our base in Batumi; the furniture is made in our own workshop.

What matters in Khelvachauri
People live here all year, and a house is furnished for a family’s daily life. That means generous storage, a full kitchen, space for tools and garden equipment, and a hallway that can take the mud from the plot. The seasonal logic of decorative details does not work here.
The second feature is the yard. It is used most of the year, so a dining set or a lounge under a canopy, lighting and storage for cushions add more to comfort than one more item in the living room. Materials are chosen for sun and rain: aluminium or thermowood, and fabrics on removable covers.
Timing
Two to three weeks from the inspection if the furniture comes from stock. A custom kitchen or walk-in closet adds three to four weeks.
Price
By area, number of rooms and level of the set. We give a range by phone and an itemised estimate after the inspection.
