We furnish houses and guest properties in Shuakhevi: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, drying zones and photography. The furniture is made in our workshop in Batumi; the set comes in a single delivery and is assembled in one visit.
What is included
Furniture from our own workshop, including pieces that come apart for narrow openings; appliances, heating, a water heater with headroom for simultaneous use; warm textiles, bedding with a reserve, curtains; dishes and utensils for a group; a drying zone, hooks and storage by the entrance; lighting, decor, photography and the listing text.
What matters in Shuakhevi
Houses here are often old, with low openings and irregular geometry, and the roads are narrow. So large items are designed as modules and we measure the route in beforehand: furniture that will not get round a serpentine turn or through a doorway has to be remade.
The second feature is winter and self-sufficiency. Warm duvets, blackout curtains and a reserve of hot water are needed by default, and the practical side is planned on the assumption that guests come back from walks wet. The set is calculated in full: re-ordering a single item up into the mountains is expensive.
Timing
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock; made to order takes longer, and the work is planned for the warm season.
Price
By area, the number of rooms or units and the level of the set. We give a range by phone and an estimate after the inspection, with the logistics shown separately.
