We outfit flats for rent in Chakvi: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, consumables and photography. Twenty minutes from our base in Batumi; the flat is ready for its first guest in two to three weeks.
What is included
Furniture from our own workshop: kitchen, beds, wardrobes, sofa. Appliances and electronics, including the router and TV. Bedding and towels. Dishes, utensils, household items and consumables. Decor, lighting, photography and the listing text.
What matters in Chakvi
In the new complexes dozens of almost identical studios compete with each other, and what decides is not the floor area but the picture and the details. So the set focuses on what shows in the photographs: textiles, lighting, the headboard, a tidy kitchen without visual clutter. The same layout with different outfitting earns a different rate, and we can see that across the flats we manage.
Second, some complexes are still being finished, and guests need patience. We include blackout curtains and soft furnishings that take the edge off building noise, and we advise owners not to overprice while neighbouring flats are under construction.
Timing and price
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock; made to order takes longer. The price depends on the area, bedrooms and level of the set: a range by phone, an itemised estimate after the inspection.
What our own production gives you
We make the furniture ourselves, so the sizes match the layout and the timing is controlled without intermediaries. The main advantage shows later: when a front or a hinge breaks two years on, the replacement takes a day from our stock rather than a month waiting for a delivery from Turkey.
