We furnish flats, houses and offices in Poti: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, workstations and photography. The furniture is made in our workshop in Batumi and brought in a single delivery.
What is included
Furniture from our own workshop, including office furniture; appliances and climate control: fridge, hob, washing machine, air conditioners, dehumidifier; textiles, bedding and curtains; dishes, utensils and household items; lighting, storage, workstations; photography and the listing text.
What matters in Poti
The city stands on water and indoor humidity is higher than usual, especially on ground floors. So furniture is made from moisture-resistant boards with PUR edging and sealed cuts, set on adjustable feet rather than on a plinth flush with the floor, and kept clear of external walls. A dehumidifier or proper extraction is not optional here.
The second feature is the nature of demand. Housing is rented by employees and people on business trips, and premises are leased as offices and service space. So reliability and repairability come first: appliances that can be repaired in town, one type of hardware, hard-wearing surfaces. For offices we plan cables, access hatches and document storage separately.
Timing
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock; made to order takes three to four weeks longer. Office installation is done outside working hours.
Price
By area, purpose and level of the set. We give a range by phone and an itemised estimate after the inspection.
