What is included
Furniture from our own workshop and sets for the yard; appliances — fridge, hob, washing machine, air conditioners, water heater; textiles and bedding with a reserve for several bedrooms; dishes and utensils for a group, a barbecue and garden furniture; decor, lighting, photography and the listing text.
What matters in Gonio
Mostly houses are rented here, and guests come as groups and families. So the set is counted not for two people but for the real number of beds: dishes and cutlery for everyone, a dining table that seats them all, extra towels, and the barbecue and outdoor furniture that are often the reason the house was chosen.
Second, the yard is half the listing photographs. So the set includes an outdoor area with proper furniture, lighting and storage for cushions — not a plastic supermarket set that will have faded by August.
Timing and price
Two to three weeks for a flat, longer for a house depending on the scope. The price depends on the area, bedrooms and set level: a range by phone, an itemised estimate after the inspection.
Inventory and deposit
After outfitting we compile an inventory with photographs: what is in the house, in what quantity and condition. It is not a formality but what settles a deposit dispute — without it, an argument about broken dishes or a ruined sofa becomes one word against another. Copies stay with the owner and the property manager.
