We outfit flats and houses for rent on Green Cape: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, the outdoor area and photography for the listing. Twelve kilometres from our base in Batumi.
What is included
Furniture from our own workshop and terrace furniture; appliances, including a dehumidifier for damp rooms; bedding, towels, duvets and pillows; dishes, utensils, household items and consumables; decor, lighting, photography and the listing text.
What matters on Green Cape
Properties here sell on the view and the greenery, so most of the budget goes into the terrace and the living room: comfortable outdoor furniture, lighting, and textiles that look good in photographs. Those are the shots on which a booking is decided.
The second point is purely technical: this is the highest humidity on the coast. A dehumidifier or a proper extractor, moisture-resistant furniture, quick-drying textiles and spare linen are part of every set, because things take longer to dry here. Without them a flat starts to smell by the middle of the season.
Timing and price
Two to three weeks from the inspection to the first guest with furniture from stock. The price depends on the area, the number of bedrooms and the level of the set: a range by phone, an itemised estimate after the inspection.
How the work runs
Inspection and budget discussion; itemised estimate with photos and product codes; approval by messenger; purchasing, delivery and assembly; arrangement; final cleaning; photography; handover. Payment is in two parts — an advance for purchasing and the balance after handover — with the receipts attached to the estimate.
All services: Green Cape — renovation, management, cleaning.
