What matters in Anaklia
The market here is still forming, occupancy is lower than in Adjara and the season is shorter. So the set is put together to be practical: reliable appliances, hard-wearing fabrics, and a minimum of decorative spending that will not come back at current rates. We say honestly where it makes sense to spend and where it would be money spent on a good-looking estimate.
The wind is stronger here than in the sheltered bays of Adjara, so outdoor furniture has to have weight and stability, and umbrellas and light structures are better avoided: they blow away after the first squall.
Timing and price
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock. The price depends on the area, bedrooms and set level: a range by phone, an estimate after the inspection.
A minimum working set
If the budget is limited, we put together a set the property can already be let with: beds with proper mattresses, a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine, an air conditioner, textiles, lighting and photography. Decor and further spending come later, once the property shows its real occupancy.
