We furnish houses and guest properties in Khulo: furniture, appliances, warm textiles, dishes, drying zones and photography. The furniture is made in our workshop in Batumi; the set comes in a single delivery and is assembled in one visit.
What is included
Furniture from our own workshop: kitchen, wardrobes, beds, shared tables; appliances, heating equipment and a water heater with headroom; warm duvets, bedding with a reserve, blackout curtains; dishes and utensils for the whole group, a kettle and a thermos; a drying cabinet, a boot tray, hooks and a bench with storage; lighting, decor, photography and the listing text.
What matters in Khulo
The high mountains dictate the contents. Guests come in from routes and from the slope wet, so a hallway with a drying zone matters more here than a handsome living room, and warm duvets and hot water for everyone decide the rating in reviews. We build all of that into the set from the start, because adding a drying cabinet to a finished house is usually impossible for lack of space.
The second feature is logistics and winter. Re-ordering a single item costs disproportionately much, so the set is calculated in full. Plus a reserve of consumables for the season: bedding, towels, replacement dishes, light bulbs, basic cleaning products.
Timing
Two to three weeks from the inspection with furniture from stock; made to order takes longer. The work is planned for the warm season.
Price
By area, the number of rooms or units and the level of the set. A range by phone, an estimate after the inspection, with the logistics shown as a separate line.
