The harshest place for furniture on this coast
This is the closest development to the water in Adjara, and salt reaches everything. Hardware with anti-corrosion coating is not an upgrade here but the difference between fittings that work in five years and fittings that bind in two. Moisture-resistant boards, PUR edging with every cut sealed including the hidden ones, and a ventilation gap behind any unit against an external wall. Quartz or stone worktops rather than laminate, which swells at the joints within a couple of seasons in this humidity.
Properties that stand closed
Most buildings here are used in season and shut for the rest of the year. Furniture has to survive months of still, damp air: gaps behind units, sealed cuts and materials that do not absorb moisture. Without that the owner opens the wardrobe in spring to a smell that takes weeks to remove.
Access and timing
Access is tight and there is little room to unload, so we plan the delivery window and design modules where the approach requires it. Installation is scheduled outside the season: in summer the village is working and assembly disrupts guests.
