New buildings and their geometry
Most flats here are handed over as frames, and wall deviations of two or three centimetres across a room are routine. That is why we measure after plastering and screed rather than from the developer’s drawing: a unit made to the plan leaves a visible gap that has to be closed with trim, and on a kitchen run that is lost worktop as well as a visible line. Where the renovation is still in progress we run production in parallel with the finishing so the kitchen arrives right after the tiling.
Sets for rental flats
Many owners here furnish to rent rather than to live. For those we build durable surfaces, simple shapes without fragile decoration, beds with storage and one type of hardware kept in stock, so a broken front or hinge is replaced within a day instead of taking the flat out of bookings. For several flats we price them as a series with identical modules.
Climate specification
Moisture-resistant boards, sealed cuts, hardware with anti-corrosion coating and a ventilation gap behind units on external walls. Quartz or stone worktops rather than laminate.
Timing, price and warranty
Measuring and design one week, production three to four weeks, assembly one or two days. Two-year warranty, free adjustment in the first year.
