Homes, not rentals
People live here all year, so most requests are for regular housekeeping rather than turnovers. The same person is assigned to your home, learns where things go and what must not be moved, and works from a list agreed on the first visit: what is done every time, what monthly, what is not touched at all. If they are ill or on holiday, a replacement is briefed from that list rather than starting blind.
A house is more than the floors
Private houses here bring their own work: stairs, a hallway that takes mud from the yard, a terrace, a boiler room, sometimes pets. We agree which of these are in the regular visit and which are seasonal, and price accordingly rather than quoting a flat rate that covers half the house.
After rebuilding work
Many houses in the area are being extended or renovated. Post-renovation cleaning is done in two passes a day apart, because construction dust settles again on everything cleaned the first time. We remove debris and packaging in the first pass.
Deep cleaning twice a year
A deep clean in spring and autumn covers what regular visits do not reach: inside cupboards and appliances, limescale, grout, windows and frames, radiators and the tops of furniture.
Price
A fixed price per visit by area, task list and frequency. Scheduled cleaning costs less than one-off visits.
