We clean guest houses and private houses in Shuakhevi: turnovers between guests, opening cleans after winter, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and window washing. An hour and a half from our base in Batumi along the serpentine, with visits planned in advance.
Bookings in bursts
Guests come at weekends and in short runs through the warm months rather than every day. Turnovers are scheduled against the bookings; where two arrivals are close together the team stays rather than making the drive twice, and linen comes professionally laundered, with consumables brought along. A photo report after each visit shows an owner who is not in Shuakhevi that the house was ready.
Opening after a mountain winter
A house closed through the winter opens with dust, damp in the unheated rooms, cobwebs in the high corners and often soot from the heating season. The opening clean starts with airing, then goes through every room top to bottom, the windows, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the soft furnishings.
The road decides the timing
We agree a realistic arrival window for each visit, especially after rain, rather than promising the same-day response we give in Batumi.
After renovation
Old houses being rebuilt produce a lot of dust. Post-renovation cleaning is done in two passes a day apart.
