We manage apartments, houses and commercial spaces in Poti: rate assessment, tenant search and vetting, contract and deposit, payment control, inspections and a monthly report with the income transferred to any country.
A working city, not a resort
Poti has a port, and its rental demand comes from employment and business travel rather than from a summer season. That makes the market steadier but flatter: there is no August peak to carry the year, and no eight-month gap either. In practice a long-term tenancy suits most properties here, with longer business stays as the exception rather than the base case. We say which applies to your flat rather than promising a resort return.
Condition is what sets the rent
In a flat market the difference between an average rent and a good one is the state of the property: working engineering, dry walls, a functioning bathroom. Damp on a ground floor is a recurring issue here, and it costs more in lost rent than the repair would have. We flag it before listing rather than after a tenant complains.
Commercial spaces
We also manage shops and offices: tenant search, contract, payment control and coordination of repairs the owner is responsible for.
Fee
A percentage of the rent, no charge for vacant periods, monthly report with receipts.
All services: Poti.
