We clean offices, shops, apartments and houses in Poti: scheduled commercial cleaning, regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and treatment of damp and mould. An hour and a half from our base in Batumi, with visits planned on fixed days.
A working city
A large share of what we clean here is commercial: offices, shops and service premises. That work runs outside opening hours, to a fixed list for each visit — floors, entrances, bathrooms, kitchens, bins, glass doors — with a monthly deep clean on top. Commercial floors and entrances take far more wear than a home and are cleaned for that, not to a domestic standard.
Damp on the ground floor
The city stands on water, and ground floors and basements hold moisture. That shows up as mould in corners, behind furniture and in storerooms, and as a smell that comes back after every clean. Treatment removes it; we also measure the moisture and tell you plainly when the cause is the wall or the drainage, because cleaning alone will not keep it away.
After a fit-out
New shops and offices open after a fit-out full of fine dust. Post-renovation cleaning in two passes, including ventilation grilles, light fittings, shelving and glass, means the premises open clean rather than dusting every surface for the first month.
