The entrance zone is the most important item
In a ski property the hallway does more work than the living room. A ventilated drying section for jackets and trousers, a bench with a boot tray underneath, hooks with spare capacity, and storage for skis and boards that does not block the corridor. These are built as furniture rather than improvised with a coat rack, and their absence is the single most common complaint in winter reviews. In a studio there is nowhere to add them afterwards, which is why they go into the plan first.
Ready before the season, not during it
New Year dates sell in autumn, so furniture has to be installed by late November at the latest, together with the photographs. We plan production backwards from that and say honestly if a date is not achievable rather than delivering in January.
Built for wet gear and constant turnover
Moisture-resistant materials in the entrance and bathroom, protected edges where boots and bags pass, removable covers on upholstery, and one type of hardware kept in stock so a damaged part is replaced within a day in the middle of the season.

Production three to four weeks, assembly one or two days. Two-year warranty with spare parts kept in stock.
