Eight months closed under the pines
The season here is short and properties stand shut from autumn to late spring in humidity that never drops. That is the condition the furniture has to be built for, not the two months when someone is living in it. Moisture-resistant boards, PUR edging with every cut sealed including the hidden ones, hardware with anti-corrosion coating, and a ventilation gap behind every unit standing against an external wall. Without the gap the owner arrives in May to mould behind the wardrobe and a smell in the mattresses.
Sets for families
Guests come with children for a week or more. Beds with storage underneath, a wardrobe with real hanging space rather than a decorative one, a kitchen and table that work for six, and somewhere to put beach things and suitcases. Practical beats decorative in what actually gets booked.
Repairable in a day
One type of hardware kept in stock, screwed joints, removable covers on upholstery. In a short season a damaged part cannot wait a week for a replacement.
Timing, price and warranty
Production three to four weeks, installation one or two days, planned for winter and spring. Two-year warranty with spare parts kept in stock.
