Narrow roads shape the design
The village is squeezed between the sea and the mountain, and access to many houses is tight and steep. We measure the approach and the stairs before production and design large items as modules that can be carried the last stretch by hand. Nothing is cut down on site, and a module can be removed and replaced later — which matters in a property that is serviced between guests.
A short season, heavy use
Everything here works hard for a few months and then stands idle. Furniture is chosen for that pattern: abrasion-resistant surfaces, removable covers that survive machine washing, simple shapes without fragile decoration, and one type of hardware kept in stock so a repair in August takes a day rather than a week. Moisture-resistant materials and ventilation gaps behind units handle the months when the property stands closed.
Terraces
Almost every property has one and it is used constantly in season. Aluminium or thermowood with stainless fixings, UV-stable fabrics and storage for cushions built into the seating.
Timing, price and warranty
Production three to four weeks, installation one or two days. Work is planned for autumn and winter where the property is rented, so nothing is assembled during the season. Two-year warranty.
