In a ski apartment the entrance zone matters more than anything else in the flat. A ventilated drying section for jackets and trousers, a bench with a boot tray, hooks with spare capacity, and storage for boards and skis that does not block the door. Delivery inside the window
Access at altitude is weather-dependent and the road can close. We plan delivery and assembly inside a reliable window and get everything in place well before December, when the expensive dates are already sold. Working to a January installation is how a property misses its own season.
Built for wet gear and heavy turnover
Moisture-resistant materials in the entrance and bathroom, protected edges where boots and bags pass, removable covers on upholstery, and one type of hardware kept in stock so a repair in February takes a day rather than a week.
