Designed for families who stay a week
Guests here arrive with children and stay for a week or more, often two families at once. That changes what the furniture has to do: more beds in the same area, storage for prams, beach bags and inflatables, a kitchen with enough worktop and crockery for six, and a dining table that seats everyone rather than a decorative one for four. We plan the set around that scenario rather than around a showroom look.
Magnetic sand is an abrasive
The black sand gets into everything and scratches surfaces. Fronts and worktops are chosen for abrasion resistance, edges in walking zones are protected, and the entrance area gets a bench with storage underneath — somewhere to sit, leave shoes and keep beach things out of the rooms. That single item removes most of the sand problem indoors.
Built to be repaired quickly
One type of hardware kept in stock, screwed rather than glued joints, removable covers on upholstery. In a house that turns over weekly through the summer, a damaged part has to be replaceable in a day.
Timing, price and warranty
Production three to four weeks, installation one or two days, planned for winter and spring. Two-year warranty with spare parts kept in stock.
