Older flats rarely fit standard furniture
Much of the housing here is older stock with rooms that are not square, ceilings of unusual height, pipe boxes in corners and window sills that sit where a worktop should run. Ready-made modules leave gaps and dead strips against all of that. Made-to-measure closes them and often adds twenty or thirty percent of usable storage in the same footprint, which is the main reason people order here.
Sets for the rental season
A large share of what we make in Kobuleti is for properties rented by the night. Those need durable surfaces, simple shapes without fragile decoration, beds with storage, and one type of hardware kept in stock so a broken front or hinge is replaced within a day rather than in the middle of the season. For several units we price them as a series.
Salt and humidity along the whole village
The sea runs the full length of Kobuleti. Moisture-resistant boards, sealed cuts, hardware with anti-corrosion coating and a ventilation gap behind units on external walls are standard here rather than upgrades.

Measuring and design one week, production three to four weeks, assembly one or two days. Two-year warranty with free adjustment in the first year.
