We clean apartments, houses and guest properties in Sarpi: turnover cleaning, window and terrace cleaning, deep cleaning when the property opens and a closing clean when it shuts. Thirty minutes from our base in Batumi, at the border.
Salt returns fastest here
This is the closest development to the water in Adjara, and salt settles on glass, railings and outdoor furniture within weeks rather than months. A sea view seen through a grey film is the first thing guests notice and the first thing they photograph. Window washing with deionised water is scheduled more often than in Batumi, and terrace surfaces and furniture are wiped down as part of every turnover in season.
A short, busy season
The village works for a few months and stays are often short, so turnovers are frequent. Linen comes clean from our laundry, consumables are stocked on site, and each property has its own checklist so a changeover is predictable. Parking and unloading are limited, so visits are planned for windows when the street is passable.
Open properly, close properly
A property that stood shut all winter in salt air needs a deep clean before the first guest: airing, limescale, grout, inside cupboards and appliances, and the glass inside and out. In autumn we clean, air and close it, and leave wardrobes and cupboards open so the damp has nowhere to settle.
