A full house for a few weeks

Pebble and sand come in from the beach, and salt settles on windows and terrace furniture. The checklist covers drains, shower trays, entrance zones and terrace surfaces specifically, and the glass is washed before the season and again at its peak.
Opening and closing
A deep clean before the first guests, and in autumn a closing clean with airing, so the property does not open next spring with damp and a smell.
