Most requests here are for homes lived in all year rather than for rentals. Regular housekeeping works best with the same person each time, following a list agreed on the first visit — what is done every visit, what monthly, what is not touched. Because of the distance, visits are grouped on fixed days, which keeps the price sensible and the schedule reliable.
Older buildings after renovation
Renovations in Soviet-era flats produce more dust than new builds: old plaster, removed screed, sanded paint. Post-renovation cleaning is done in two passes a day apart, and includes ventilation grilles, radiators and the insides of cupboards, where fine dust settles and comes back out for weeks if it is left.
Offices and shops
We clean small offices and shops on a schedule outside working hours, with a fixed list for each visit and a monthly deep clean. Commercial floors and entrances take more wear than homes and are cleaned accordingly.
Deep cleaning
Twice a year, a deep clean covers what regular visits do not reach: limescale, grout, windows and frames, inside appliances, radiators and the tops of furniture.
