We clean apartments and chalets in Gudauri: turnovers in the ski season, entrance and drying-zone cleaning, a pre-season deep clean and a closing clean in spring. In the season the team works on site rather than travelling from Batumi.
Every guest brings the slope in
Snow, meltwater and grit arrive on boots, skis and boards, and a small studio’s hallway takes all of it. The entrance zone, the boot tray, the drying area and the bathroom floor are cleaned and properly dried on every turnover, so the next guest does not walk into wet marks and the flooring does not swell over the winter.
A visit is also a check
At this altitude power cuts are routine, and a flat standing empty between bookings can freeze. Every visit includes a check that the heating is running, the pipes are intact and nothing is leaking, and the heating is turned up before the cleaner leaves so guests arrive to a warm flat.
Peak weeks
The holiday weeks bring back-to-back changeovers on the same days across many properties. Linen and consumables are staged in advance and extra people are scheduled for the peak, so the turnover is not the thing that fails on the busiest day of the year.
