We clean houses and guest houses in Keda: opening cleans after winter, turnovers between guests, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning and window washing. An hour from our base in Batumi along the mountain road, with visits planned in advance.
Opening a mountain house
A house closed for the winter in the mountains opens with dust, damp in the unheated rooms and often the traces of a heating season: soot around stoves, dirt tracked in on boots, cobwebs in high corners. The opening clean starts with airing, then covers every room top to bottom, the windows, the kitchen and bathrooms, and the soft furnishings that stood in cold damp air for months.
Guest houses between bookings
Visitors come in bursts — weekends and short stays in the warm months — so turnovers are irregular rather than daily. We schedule them against the bookings, bring linen clean from our laundry and consumables with us, and send a photo report so an owner who is not in Keda sees the house was ready. Where two arrivals are close together, the team stays rather than making the trip twice.
Distance means planning
The road decides how quickly we can get there, especially after rain. We agree a realistic arrival window for each visit rather than promising the same-day response we give in Batumi.
After renovation
Old stone houses being renovated produce a lot of dust. Post-renovation cleaning is done in two passes a day apart.
