We clean apartments and houses in Tbilisi: turnover cleaning between guests, regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, window washing and upholstery cleaning.
A market that never stops
Tbilisi rents all year — tourists, business travellers, people relocating — so there is no off season in which to catch up. Turnovers run every week, often with short gaps between guests. Every flat has its own checklist, linen is laundered professionally rather than in the flat’s machine, and three sets per bed are kept so the laundry never holds up a check-in. For flats under our management the turnover is triggered by the booking calendar.
Dust rather than damp
Unlike the coast, the problem here is dry city dust. It settles on sills, on the tops of furniture and in ventilation grilles, and it streaks the windows after the first rain. Surfaces at eye level and above are on every checklist, and window washing is scheduled by season rather than left until the view is grey. In winter, dry heated air makes the dust settle faster still.
Old Town buildings
Many rentals are in older buildings without lifts, with steep stairs and narrow courtyards. Carrying linen and equipment up is part of the time, and we plan for it rather than discovering it on the day.
After renovation
Old plaster and timber floors produce a lot of fine dust. Post-renovation cleaning is done in two passes a day apart.
