Where a property is genuinely well placed — a view, a working road, space for a family — it earns steadily through the warm months; where it is not, we say so rather than listing it and waiting.
What sells a booking here
Photographs of the view and the surroundings, a clear description of the road and the drive, heating that works, and honest information about what is nearby. Guests coming to the mountains forgive a simple interior and do not forgive a cold house or a road that was described as easier than it is.
Between bookings and out of season
The property is visited on a schedule rather than left until the next guest: heating checked, pipework protected before winter, and the access road condition reported after storms.
Fee and reporting
A percentage of revenue with no charge for idle periods, monthly report with receipts.
