What we take into account in Anaklia
The coast is open and windy, so after every serious storm the property needs an inspection: the roof fixings, the glazing, the railings, and the outdoor furniture, which is often simply blown away. That is a separate item in the schedule rather than a response to a call from the owner.
The second theme is the vacancy. The season is short, and for most of the year the property stands closed in high humidity and sand that blows onto the terrace and into the ventilation. So through the off season the airing, the damp control and the cleaning of the outdoor area continue.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit, a photo report after every visit. By the season or by your arrival the property is switched on, aired and cleaned.
