We look after houses, villas and apartments on Green Cape: scheduled inspections, engineering, care of the plot, control of damp, winterisation and preparation for your arrival. Twelve kilometres from our base in Batumi.
What is included
Servicing of the engineering: water, electrics, water heater, pump; care of the garden and the grounds; pool servicing if there is one; winterisation and reopening; an emergency call-out.
What we take into account on Green Cape
This is the dampest place on our coast: the botanical garden is next door, there is the slope, and greenery on every side. An empty house here deteriorates faster than anywhere else: mould in the corners by the external walls, a smell in the wardrobes, a bloom on the terrace and the paths. So the schedule includes airing, checks of the extraction and treatment of problem areas, not only an inspection of the equipment.
The second theme is the plot. It grows over within a month, and after rain the paths become slippery with a green film. Regular cleaning of the outdoor areas is as much a necessity here as mowing the lawn.
How it works
A property record, visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit, a photo report after every visit and a summary once a month. By the time you arrive the house is aired, switched on and cleaned.

A retainer depending on the property: an apartment inspected once a fortnight and a villa with a garden and a pool cost differently. We give a range by phone.
