We look after houses and apartments in Makhinjauri while the owners are away: scheduled inspections, servicing of the engineering, care of the plot, payment of utilities, winterisation and preparation for your arrival. Seven kilometres from our base in Batumi, so we come out on the normal city schedule.
What is included

What we take into account in Makhinjauri
The houses here stand on the slope, and the main seasonal task is water. Before the rainy season we clear the gutters and the drainage channels and check the apron and the condition of the retaining structures. A blocked channel in autumn means water against the foundation all winter, and on a slope that is the most expensive of the small problems.
The second theme is vegetation. In the subtropics a plot grows over within a month without care, and branches lying on the roof break up the covering over a winter. We put pruning and leaf clearance into the schedule before the rains rather than after.
How it works
A property record after the first inspection, then visits on schedule, utilities from your deposit or against your bills, a photo report after every visit. By the time you arrive the house is aired, switched on and cleaned.

A retainer based on the property and the scope of work; we give a range by phone. Work beyond the retainer is agreed separately and confirmed with receipts.
